Who wants muffins!?! Of course, we all do! Any muffin recipe gets even better when it is a chocolate chip muffin recipe and these are extra fluffy. Which, of course, means they are extra tasty muffins too! The wacky lass that put together this recipe video does a great job of showing us all how easy it can be to make a great chocolate chip muffin recipe.

When you can make your own muffin recipe with such ease, there really is no reason to go out and buy muffins. They will only end up costing more and they never taste as good as homemade chocolate chip muffin recipes. Especially when those muffins are fresh out of the oven and the chocolate chips are still in the slightly melty stage. Muffin goodness abounds!

Once you have this chocolate chip muffin recipe down, you can easily mix it up to make new muffin recipe. Throwing in white chocolate chips instead of normal one, for example, would make a whole new super tasty muffin recipe.

Now we are talking! I love it when home cooks come up with their own recipes for things like fudge. It is the moms and wives of this world that find the best ways to take things like a fudge recipe and make it even better!

This cookies and cream fudge recipe is one of those recipes that a chef or food snob would never even think of developing. Yet, somewhere in the world, this wonderful woman thought that the one thing that would make her fudge recipe better would be Oreo cookies. We have to love that in any woman. Doesn’t her cookies and cream fudge recipe look like the sort of thing you would just have to try once you heard about the recipe?

If you made a batch of this fudge recipe you could include it on any Christmas cookie trays you do or even make it for a potluck and people would be running to you asking for the recipe. Don’t give it to them though because then you won’t be the one person that knows how to make the fudge recipe they all crave. Top make it even better, it is such an easy fudge recipe but you can make them think you worked for ages on it.

Fruit cake has suffered from a less than positive reputation for far too many years. People joke about getting that Christmas fruit cake every year but never actually eating it. Surely, most of the frowns that come from there mere mention of a fruit cake comes from the fact that most people are eating a fruit cake recipe which isn’t very good. Which, is a shame because a really good fruit cake recipe can produce a really wonderful dessert which you would love to have as both your Christmas fruit cake and for any other time of the year.

This particular fruit cake recipe, is presented by British tv cookery legend Marguerite Patten and British celebrity chef Sophie Grigson. It really is a treat to watch them demonstrate this fruit cake recipe because it really is Marguerite Patten teaching Sophie Grigson how a proper fruit cake recipe used to be made. If we forget these recipes they will simply die and so it is wonderful to see a recipe being handed down the generations.

Marguerite Patten’s fruit cake recipe is different than most because of the coconut that is added to the fruitcake recipe and it will be certain to please even those that have sworn to hate the mere concept of fruitcake.

Brownie recipes may very well be something to have come out of the United States but Irish celebrity chef, Rachel Allen, may just might be able to teach her American cousins a thing or too with her amazing blondie brownie recipe. Try not to drool too much as you read that these are white chocolate and peanut butter brownies. Seriousl, wouldn’t white chocolate brownies or peanut butter brownies be amazing enough on their own? So, just imagine how amazingly wonderful this blondie recipe is when they have been combined!

The blondie recipe batter that Rachel Allen makes up for her white chocolate and peanut butter brownie recipe is so thick that you just know they are going to bake up to be something really very special. The richness and the chewy nature of this outstandingly outlandish blondie brownie recipe just calls out for it to be served with a warm brownie topped with a bit of vanilla ice cream.

You could also make this blondie brownie recipe into a real treat by baking a few batches to put on your Christmas cookie tray. Plus, the more batches you bake of Rachel Allen’s white chocolate and peanut butter blondie brownie recipe, the more chances you get to sneak a bite while you bake!
